Carmel Inn & Suites, nestled in the heart of picturesque Carmel-by-the-Sea, welcomed us with a charming continental breakfast delivered to our door. the cozy room, though in need of some updates, provided a quiet refuge after exploring the village's quaint architecture and art galleries. The convenient location allowed us to easily stroll to nearby restaurants and stores, immersing ourselves in the beauty of the area. the staff swiftly replaced my demagnetized key, ensuring a seamless late-night check-in experience. Although the room had its drawbacks like a stuffy atmosphere and worn-out sofa, the updated bathroom and lush gardening around the motel added a touch of comfort. Despite the minor issues, the warm shower with good pressure and the calm ambiance made our stay relaxing. Overall, Carmel Inn & Suites is a decent choice for visitors looking for a budget-friendly stay in Carmel-by-the-Sea, with its prime location and thoughtful service overshadowing its room imperfections.
